Name anomaly
Description

anomaly is a part of the Glimmer package, for finding genes in microbial DNA, especially the genomes of bacteria, archaea, and viruses..

This program reads the bases in the first command-line file and then takes the start and end positions specified in the second command-line file and checks for anomalous start/stop codons and frame shifts.
